Frequent Stay Program
The staff at the Columbine Inn & Conference Center appreciates your business and would like to reward you, our frequent guest. Our Frequent Stay Program is the fastest way to earn a free night's stay at Taos Ski Valley. Earn 10 credits and receive one free night at the Columbine Inn & Conference Center. The free night can be used any time, except High Season. Earn one credit for every night you stay during the winter and every two nights during the summer. There is no fee to sign up and you'll receive special discounts as a member.
INFORMATION
  • Earn one credit for every paid night you stay during the winter season.
  • Earn one credit for every two paid nights you stay during the summer season.
  • Earn ten credits and receive free lodging for one night at the Columbine Inn & Conference Center.
  • Free nights are subject to availability and are not redeemable during High Season. High Season is generally two weeks at the end of December and two weeks in March. Please contact us for exact High Season dates, as it varies from year to year.
  • Frequent stay credits can only be accrued after your enrollment date.
  • Frequent stay credits accrue for all paid stays at the Columbine Inn & Conference Center.
  • Frequent stay credits have no cash surrender value and may be redeemed only for an overnight stay at the Columbine Inn & Conference Center, during the available time period.
  • Frequent stay credits may not be applied to outstanding balances. Frequent stay credits cannot be used for payment of taxes, gift shop items, telephone or any other charges. You are responsible for any applicable tax on redeemed stays.
  • Frequent stay credits cannot be transferred to or combined with other guests. Only one membership is allowed per family. All unredeemed frequent stay credits will be forfeited if either the Columbine Inn & Conference Center or the member cancels the membership.
  • Frequent stay credits can be used up to 4 years from the date they are earned.
  • The Columbine Inn & Conference Center reserves the right to alter, extend or discontinue this program at any time. Reasonable notice will be given for any significant changes. The Columbine Inn & Conference Center reserves the right to suspend or cancel a member's account for any reason. This program is valid only as permitted by law.
