| Deposit & Cancellation Policies | ||||
| The above rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. Kids 14 and under stay free. The rates do not include tax of 13.5%. Maximum of 4 people per room. A 50% deposit is due upon booking; balance is due upon arrival. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit. You are entitled to cancel your confirmed reservation at any time UP TO 14 days prior to your arrival date, less a $10 per night handling fee. If you must cancel WITHIN 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit, less a $10 per night handling fee, will be refunded ONLY if we are able to fill the space reserved. If we cannot fill the space, NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, travelers' checks and cash accepted. We are a non-smoking property. Sorry, no pets during winter. |
