A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation; balance is due upon arrival. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit. You are entitled to cancel your confirmed reservation at any time UP TO 3 days prior to your arrival date. If you must cancel WITHIN 3 days prior to arrival, your deposit, less a $10 per night handling fee, will be refunded ONLY if we are able to fill the space reserved.
